If your hotspot appears to be frozen or is not working, try cycling the power. First try holding down the power button for 20-30 seconds. If the hotspot doesn't shut down, try removing the battery and putting it back in. To do so, use the notch on the side of the battery to remove the rear cover of the hotspot. Lift up the battery. Wait a few seconds, then replace the battery and cover. Press the power button to power up the device once again.
