The Library does not provide instructions on operating your borrowed laptop. If you are experiencing technical issues with your laptop, call the Library Circulation Desk at 760.795.6715 or email LRCdesk@miracosta.edu with a description of the issue, and we can connect you with a member of our Information Technology Services team who can assist you with troubleshooting the issue.  

For assistance with using your borrowed hotspot or troubleshooting hotspot issues, please view the instructions or contact T-Mobile technical support at (833) 979-4446. You will need to provide your first and last name and tell them that you are a student at MiraCosta College. Additional information from the hotspot may be requested, so have the device in front of you when you call.
