The standard loan period for library-owned laptops and hotspots is one semester. This ensures equal access to this high-demand equipment among all MiraCosta students. It also allows our Information Technology Services team to perform necessary software and security updates between semesters. Failure to return equipment will result in a hold on your account; charges may also be incurred. 

To request a laptop and/or hotspot for the following semester, a new Student Technology Request Form must be submitted.
