Oceanside Library & Information Hub
Whether you are on- or off-campus, all Study Group rooms at the Oceanside HUB are reserved using the online scheduling tool, found on the library's Group Study Rooms page. If you are already in the Oceanside HUB, Study Group room reservations can be made in person at the 2nd floor circulation desk by using the dedicated Reservations iPad, or using any HUB computer.
Reservations may be made up to 1 week in advance using any computer, or on a walk-in basis by student groups meeting the minimum occupancy limit. Walk-in groups still need to register onsite using the online reservation scheduling tool, so staff and other students will know the room is in use. Study Group room reservation policies and requirements are also found on the Group Study Rooms page.
San Elijo Library & Information Hub
There are four group study rooms in the San Elijo HUB Tutoring area; three accommodate one to four individuals and the largest room can accommodate from six to ten individuals. These rooms are used primarily for tutoring appointments but are available to student study groups when available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students wishing to use these rooms must check in with the tutoring staff or call the San Elijo Tutoring and Academic Support Center at (760) 634-7748.
