You can find the Writing Center hours and locations on the Learning Centers website.
Writing support is available at the Oceanside (Barnard Drive), Community Learning Center, and San Elijo campuses and in Zoom. The Writing Center offers live drop-ins and appointments, or students can upload their writing to receive video feedback by email. The Writing Center supports reading and writing for all MiraCosta classes. They support students with personal statements for scholarship and transfer applications and support speeches and presentations.
The Learning Centers have computers, study rooms, and outlets/charging stations. Students are welcome to hang out and study or socialize a little with others while getting their work done in a supportive space.
