The performance rights for plays that the MiraCosta Theatre Department produces do not include permission to record plays in order to make them available as DVDs or online as streaming videos. In general, the rights are for the live performances only.

The library does have a number of theater and film databases that include numerous performances - including live theatrical productions of hundreds of plays. Digital Theatre+ and Theatre in Video (AVON) are great databases to start!
