At the OCN campus, videos (DVD, VHS, and even mini-DV format) can be viewed on the 2nd floor of the Library & Information Hub. There are several dedicated VHS/DVD and DVD/mini-DV combo players that you can use. Each station comes with a headphone.
At the San Elijo campus, there are a few stations in the Media Viewing Room for you to use. They are located inside the Library. Please feel free to ask a librarian to help direct you to this room.

For students who are interested in viewing streaming media, the library subscribes to several databases that contain both full-length documentaries and short clips. These can be viewed on any library computer or at a remote location with Internet access. Keep in mind that if you are accessing the streaming collection from off-campus that you will need your SURF ID and password to initially authenticate into the system. The three popular streaming media databases include Films on Demand, Intelecom, and Academic Video Online (a collection of over 20 video databases in several subject areas).
