Essentially a "bibliography" is the same as a "works cited" page is the same as a "references" page in that all of them are lists of sources you have used (whether referenced or not) in the process of researching your work.

Usually though, if your instructor asks specifically for a "works cited" page, then they may want you to format your entire paper (and references) in MLA style. Similarly, if they ask you for a "references" page, they may want you to format your paper (and references) in APA style.
