As a registered MiraCosta College student or employee, you have access to Microsoft 365 apps including Word, Excel, Access (installed version only), PowerPoint, Outlook Email, and OneDrive which includes up to 1 Terabyte of storage.
If you are a MiraCosta student, your Microsoft 365 services will be available to you by the first day of the semester. If you enroll after the first day of classes, you’ll have access within 48 business hours.

If the reason you want a student email address is so that you can get discounts on software and services, the open computer lab staff can best advise you on this, as some vendors have alternate procedures other than needing a student email address to prove you are a student.
