I'd begin with a good Literary Dictionary: The John Hopkins Guide to Literary Theory & Criticism  REF PN81.J554 2005.  Once you have a definition of "ethical criticism," you can find peer-reviewed articles through several databases available from the our literary criticism subject guide page. You will need your SURF ID and password to access these databases from home.
