MiraCosta students, faculty and staff may renew most books once (except for audiobooks, bestsellers, reserve materials, and new books which cannot be renewed) as long as they do not have overdue status on any other item and as long as another patron has not already put a hold on that book.

To renew a book online and determine if another patron has a hold on the item, login on the library catalog with the “My Account” feature.

Loan periods for library materials can be viewed on the the Library’s Borrowing Policies.
