The library has electronic access to the New York Times Historical, 1851-2009 and to the New York Times, from January 1980 to present, through ProQuest, a full-text periodical database. The New York Times, from 1985 to present is also available from Newspaper Source Plus (Ebsco).

To access the New York Times through ProQuest:
  • go to the MCC Library home page,
  • go to the Research tab, then Databases, click on A-Z List,
  • scroll down to the Proquest listing and click on the appropriate New York Times link in the ProQuest description box

To access the New York Times through Newspaper Source Plus (EBSCO):
