The library has electronic access to the New York Times Historical, 1851-2009 and to the New York Times, from January 1980 to present, through National Newspapers Expanded (ProQuest), a full-text periodical database. The New York Times, from 1985 to present is also available from Newspaper Source Plus (Ebsco).

To access the New York Times through National Newspapers Expanded (ProQuest):
  • go to the MCC Library home page,
  • go to the Research tab, then Databases, click on A-Z List,
  • scroll down to the National Newspapers Expanded listing, click on Publications, and type New York Times in the Publications Search box

New: The library also provides full subscription access to the New York Times website (from anywhere, any device).  Information is available here.
