Community members and non-students are able to use/access MiraCosta's electronic databases, through library computer terminals, while on-site at either the Oceanside or San Elijo campus libraries.  Off-site access to electronic databases is limited to currently enrolled MiraCosta students.  For assistance in use of the electronic resources while on-site please ask a reference librarian for help.
