The performance rights for plays that the MiraCosta Theatre Department produces do not include permission to record plays in order to make them available as DVDs or online as streaming videos. In general, the rights are for the live performances only.

The library does have a number of theater and film databases that include numerous performances - including live theatrical productions of hundreds of plays. One such database you might find useful is Ambrose Streaming Video Collection Including BBC Shakespearean Plays.
