Yes, community members who are not enrolled students at MiraCosta College may use the library and its facilities. And although MiraCosta students have priority in using the computers in the Open Lab, community members are encouraged to use the library's computing resources.

Community members are welcome to come in and use the library at any time without a college identification card but may not borrow materials without a community patron ID card.
