The library hires students each semester at both Oceanside and San Elijo.  Students interested in being contacted about future openings can either check with the Career Center or send their name, SURF ID, email and/or phone number to Michelle Ohnstad, Library Operations Coordinator, and she will contact you before the next semester if there are openings. 

Students who work on campus are paid and must be enrolled in at least 12 units.  Students who are in Work Study or the Work Experience class can also apply for positions.  Hiring paperwork is coordinated through the Career Center and students seeking employment must also possess a current tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
